Our management team collaborates with a variety of network providers that strive to enhance quality of life and reduce recidivism through effective services.
The Correctional Health Management - ReEntry Division identifies and partners with provides specializing in both individual and group therapy services that focus on Substance Abuse. Classes such as Narcotics and Alcoholics Anonymous are an important component to patient treatment. dependibg on the need some classes can be parole, probation, and/or court certified. A vital necessity for not only success with medical and behavioral health, but life in general is the need for housing and shelter. The criminal justice involved population are at high risk for returning to custody, relapsing with substance abuse, and being set up for failure when housing and shelter is lacking. Correctional Health Management - ReEntry Division works with Community Base Organizations (CBOs) and Non Profit Organizations (NPO/NGO) to identify and source permanent and temporary housing for those exiting the incarceration system.
Our Case Managers will work with our trusted Community Based Organizations to assist with job placement referrals and other necessary services.
